Thank you for visiting the Fronds Design website. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.frondsdesign.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

The Site is operated by Fronds Design ("Fronds", "we", "us", "our"), a business licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), under the trade name Fronds Design for Advertising Gifts, Trade License No. 891370.

2. Products and pricing

• We design and sell caps, hats and related accessories. Colours may vary slightly from the photos on your screen, and small differences in embroidery or print placement can occur between production batches.
• All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• We may change prices, products and availability at any time without notice. If we notice a pricing or description error after you order, we will contact you and give you the choice to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

3. Orders and payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email or message.
• Payment methods are those shown at checkout and may change from time to time.
• We may cancel or limit any order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot verify your details. If we cancel a paid order, you will be refunded in full.

4. Delivery

Delivery times, costs and carriers are described on our Shipping & Delivery page and shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Please provide a complete and correct address and a reachable phone number. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of incorrect details or an unanswered courier, we may charge for re-delivery.

5. Returns and refunds

Our return conditions are set out in our Returns page and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. Customised or personalised products cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

6. Custom and personalised orders

If you send us a logo, text or artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may refuse or cancel any custom order that we consider unlawful, offensive or infringing, and we will refund you in full if we do so. Please check spelling and artwork carefully before you approve a design, as approved custom items cannot be changed or returned.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the Fronds name, logo, designs, photographs and text, belongs to Fronds Design or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you agree to that policy.

9. Marketing messages

If you subscribe to our newsletter or messages, we will send you news and offers. You can opt out at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law, or our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site when you place your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, without limiting any consumer right to bring a complaint to the relevant consumer protection authority.
