Shipping policy
We ship within the UAE with Emirates Post Group. If delivery to your door or mailbox is not possible, the parcel will be held at your nearest pick-up point. If your order has not arrived by the last estimated delivery day, please contact us at sales@frondsdesign.com or on WhatsApp at +971 50 947 1184.
Delivery times
- Standard delivery: 5-6 business days
- Custom-made products with available text and motif: 6-7 business days
- Custom-made products with an uploaded logo: 7-15 business days
- Large orders (10+ products) with design or uploaded logo: 7-15 business days
Shipping cost
- Within the UAE: AED 30
- International shipping: not available at the moment.

We send you the tracking number when your order ships, so you can follow your parcel with Emirates Post.
