Shipping policy

We ship within the UAE with Emirates Post Group. If delivery to your door or mailbox is not possible, the parcel will be held at your nearest pick-up point. If your order has not arrived by the last estimated delivery day, please contact us at sales@frondsdesign.com or on WhatsApp at +971 50 947 1184.

Delivery times

• Standard delivery: 5-6 business days
• Custom-made products with available text and motif: 6-7 business days
• Custom-made products with an uploaded logo: 7-15 business days
• Large orders (10+ products) with design or uploaded logo: 7-15 business days

Shipping cost

• Within the UAE: AED 30
• International: AED 73. Delivery times vary by destination.

Tracking

You can track your order with Emirates Post using the tracking number we send you.

International orders and customs

For shipments outside the UAE, customs and import duties are usually charged by the destination country when the parcel arrives. These charges vary by country, are the buyer's responsibility, and are non-refundable once charged.
