This Privacy Policy describes how Fronds Design ("we", "us", "our"), a business licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade License No. 891370), collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from frondsdesign.com (the "Site").

Personal information we collect

Device Information. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect information about your device, such as your web browser, IP address, time zone and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse, we also collect information about the pages or products you view, the websites or search terms that referred you, and how you interact with the Site. We collect it using cookies (data files placed on your device), log files (which record actions on the Site, such as IP address, browser type, referring pages and time stamps), and web beacons, tags and pixels (which record how you browse). Order Information. When you make or attempt to make a purchase, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, email address and phone number, and payment details where an online payment method is used. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.

In this policy, "Personal Information" means both Device Information and Order Information.

How we use your personal information

We use Order Information to fulfil orders placed through the Site, including processing payment, arranging shipping and sending invoices and order confirmations. We also use it to communicate with you, to screen orders for risk or fraud, and, in line with your preferences, to send you information or advertising about our products. We use Device Information to help screen for risk and fraud and to improve and optimise the Site, for example through analytics about how customers use it and how our marketing performs.

Sharing your personal information

We share Personal Information with third parties who help us operate, as described above. We use Google Analytics to understand how customers use the Site; see https://policies.google.com/privacy, and you can opt out at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We share delivery details with our courier, Emirates Post, so that your order can be delivered. We may also share Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a lawful request, or to protect our rights.

Behavioural advertising

We may use your Personal Information to show you targeted advertisements or marketing messages that may interest you. You can opt out of targeted advertising through Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads), Google (https://www.google.com/settings/ads/anonymous) and Bing (https://advertise.bingads.microsoft.com/en-us/resources/policies/personalized-ads), or through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out portal at http://optout.aboutads.info/.

Do not track

We do not change our data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that it be corrected, updated or deleted, as permitted by applicable UAE law. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

Data retention

When you place an order through the Site, we keep your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it, subject to any legal obligation to keep it.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The current version is always the one published on the Site.
